Public Records Custodian
Any written notice under §119.12, Florida Statutes, should be sent to the mailing address. If you are unable to locate the desired record online or would like to make a request for records held in the custody of the Clay County Clerk of Court, please mail or email your request to our public records custodian, also referred to as the Records Management Liaison Officer. Fees may apply.
