Meeting Minutes

The Clerk to the Board is responsible for keeping accurate minutes and maintaining official Board of County Commissioners (BCC) records for all BCC meetings. Our personnel provides an official, historical record for present and future generations in the form of these meeting minutes which may also link to related documents, public hearing notices, County staff reports, decision letters, PowerPoint presentations, and audio/video recordings.

Through approved meeting agendas, commissioners are provided a detailed focus and direction for their meetings, allowing opportunities for citizen participation and community involvement in county government.  The detailed interactions that take place during these meetings are recorded by our staff and maintained for a variety of official purposes.
