Art in the Courthouse

Art in the Courthouse is a new community outreach program  taking place inside the Clay County Courthouse.

Created in partnership with local art groups, schools, our county and judiciary, this program provides space inside the Clay County Courthouse in Green Cove Springs for artwork to be displayed and enjoyed.  Our goal is to make the courthouse a more inviting place to visit.

Displays will remain displayed on the wall of the 4th Floor Gallery for approximately 3-5 months. Collections are curated by the invited art group or school and are displayed at the discretion of the Clerk of Court/Comptroller and Chief Administrative Judge Don Lester.

Thank you for your interest in the Art in the Courthouse program. Information about past, current and future displays is provided below. We appreciate the artists’ willingness to take part in this program which features their artwork displayed in a public venue for the good of the community.

Please contact Clerk of Court and Comptroller’s Office Public Information Officer Mary Justino by email at justinom@clayclerk.com with any additional questions or requests.
