Announcing Operation Green Light 2024 - Save Money and Get Back on the Road

This annual event is designed to help you save on fees connected to the reinstatement of your driver license.  We are offering this opportunity at two locations over two full weeks – even extending hours on Fridays at our branch to better serve those with a busy work schedule.

April 8 – 12 & April 15 – 19: 8am-5pm, M-F; Open until 6pm at OP Branch on Fridays during this event!

Two locations! Clay County Courthouse (825 N. Orange Ave in Green Cove Springs) & Orange Park Branch (1590 Park Avenue in Orange Park).

Clay County Clerk of Court and Comptroller Tara S. Green announces details about Operation Green Light 2024. Since 2019, the Clay County Clerk of Court’s Operation Green Light event helped more than 100 citizens with license reinstatement plus another 275 who became eligible for license reinstatement after the event. This year the event will be held across two full work weeks, during normal business hours, at two locations – instead of just one day at just one location! This is an opportunity for Clay County drivers with suspended driver licenses to pay overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, while saving substantially on additional fees. No appointment is required, but please call ahead if you need to confirm the status of your license and amount of currently owed fines/fees. Our clerks welcome this opportunity to assist you save money and get back on the road.
