Due to expected severe weather Tuesday afternoon (1/9/24), the Clay County Courthouse and other Clerk’s Office locations (OP Branch, Teen Court, Archives) will close at noon and court proceedings are cancelled for the day on 1/9/24. Only previously scheduled morning appointments for services with the Clerk’s Office (passports, marriage licenses, etc.) will be handled. Afternoon appointments should be rescheduled, please. All 4th Circuit courthouses will be closed 01/09/24 in one form or another (Duval, Nassau, Clay) for the safety of employees and citizens. Thank you.
