Come See Us at the Clay County Fair - Celebrate the USA 250th!

We are excited that it is time for the Clay County Fair again.  While there (April 2nd – April 12th), please swing by our new exhibit in the Expo Building (back right corner behind art contest area) where you’ll find our Historical Archives Division’s answer to the question, “What was going on here in 1776?”  As it turns out, a lot!

Its our way of celebrating our nation’s 250th Birthday!  We have lots of red, white, and blue freebies for the kiddos….you can even add your “John Hancock” to the Declaration of Independence at our booth and pick up a free pocket-sized US Constitution, too.

Have fun at the Fair, Clay County!  We hope to see you there as we continue our efforts to preserve and protect Clay County history through our Historical Archives Division’s research and through our whole office’s community outreach efforts.

Clerk of Court and Comptroller Tara S. Green congratulates everyone affiliated with the Clay County Fair….on this, their 40th Anniversary!  We are proud to partner with you on such an awesome annual event.

Statewide Case Access for Florida Bar Attorneys Announced

Great news!  The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority, in partnership with Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers, just launched an optional subscription service called CaseAccess.  Available through the E-Filing Portal, legal professionals can search case information from all 67 Florida counties on one platform.  To subscribe, attorneys should visit the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority homepage and select the “Enter the Portal” button. Sign in to your active E-Filing Portal account, then select CaseAccess Subscription from the command ribbon to manage your subscription settings.  If you do not already have an account, you must create one before subscribing.  ***CaseAccess is a research tool and is not the official court record.  Attorneys should continue to consult the appropriate Clerk of Court for the official and most current record, document, or case status. You’ll find a useful link here to use once you’ve subscribed: Search Records & Reports.  Look for the link titled Court Records Subscription Access – Attorneys Only.  Thank you.
