The Clay County Courthouse and all branch locations of the Clerk of Court will be open during normal business hours on Tuesday, August, 6th (8am-5pm). Any citizens summoned as jurors on 8/5/24 are generally excused as this week’s trials will be rescheduled post-storm and new summons mailed. Thank you.
