Historical Archives Center - Holiday Closure Notice

Please be aware that our office’s Historical Archives Division personnel will be off for the holidays starting Monday, December 22, 2025, with staff back on Monday, January 5^th.  During that time, the Archives Center attached to the Old Jail (21 Gratio Place, GCS) at the county’s Historic Triangle will be closed to the public. Citizens are encouraged to visit the site for assistance after the New Year when staff return from a much-deserved time off with their families. *The Christmas in the Courtyard lighted display (including the new Victorian era painted characters) remains accessible and lighted at night…..no change*
