Updated Public Notice - Internet Outage Impact

10pm 2/23/26:  Internet service and phone connections have been restored in all clerks office locations.  We are able to resume normal operations on Tuesday morning.  Thank you. 

4pm 2/23/26:  Due to a widespread AT&T internet outage in our area, all of our office locations are without phone and internet connection at this time.  Until this is resolved, our offices can only process cash payments in-person (no in-person credit card payments).  Payments can still be made online using a credit card.  Please monitor this site for updates which will be posted as they become available.  We do not know how long this outage will last, but our offices will remain open to the public during normal business hours to provide whatever assistance we can.  Thank you for your understanding and patience during this outage.

Statewide Case Access for Florida Bar Attorneys Announced

Great news!  The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority, in partnership with Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers, just launched an optional subscription service called CaseAccess.  Available through the E-Filing Portal, legal professionals can search case information from all 67 Florida counties on one platform.  To subscribe, attorneys should visit the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority homepage and select the “Enter the Portal” button. Sign in to your active E-Filing Portal account, then select CaseAccess Subscription from the command ribbon to manage your subscription settings.  If you do not already have an account, you must create one before subscribing.  ***CaseAccess is a research tool and is not the official court record.  Attorneys should continue to consult the appropriate Clerk of Court for the official and most current record, document, or case status.
