Clay County Clerk of Courts Logo

On Friday, June 26, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. there will be a planned electrical outage due to construction affecting the 2nd and 4th floors on the new side of the Clay County Courthouse.   The outage affects our Criminal Department and as such, they will close for business at 4pm on Friday.  All remaining departments and branch operations will remain open through our normal scheduled business hours of 5pm.
