“NOTICE OF INTENT TO DESIGNATE POSITION FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT SERVICE CLASS.  The Clay County Clerk of Court and Comptroller, Clay County, Florida, declares their notice of intent to designate the non-elective full-time position in their office, to wit:  Chief Technology Officer inclusion in the senior management services class of the Florida Retirement System pursuant to Section 121.055(1)(b), Florida Statutes.”
