The Clay County Clerk of Court and Comptroller’s Office is committed to community outreach and makes every effort to increase awareness about activities occurring within our judicial system and services provided by our Clerks. We use all communication platforms available to accomplish this goal, including our Internet and social media presence, quarterly newsletters, media releases, public speaking, fundraising for local charitable organizations, tour programs, video production, volunteerism, and active involvement with circuit-wide and statewide initiatives benefiting our citizens.
Are you affiliated with a civic, business, or school group (any age) that might benefit from a tour of the main courthouse, historic courthouse, old jail and other sites managed by our office or by our community partners? We’d love to schedule a tour or a guest speaker for you today!

Public Speaking and Clerk’s Office Tour Program
Clerk / Comptroller Green and members of her team are available to speak to your organization on a variety of topics. These guest appearances are done at your organization’s location or in-person at our site, plus, we also have online/remote options available. Tours of the main Clay County Courthouse, 1890 Historic Courthouse, Old County Jail and Archives Center are available by appointment for groups. To make it a more meaningful experience, these tours can be done in partnership with other governmental offices (judges, law enforcement, county leaders) located nearby in Green Cove Springs.
To request a speaker or tour please email PIO Mary Justino: Send a request by email.
Clay County Historical Archives staff also offer a series of lectures that are perfect for the classroom or for community meetings.
