Judge Gary L. Wilkinson

The Honorable Gary L. Wilkinson is a Circuit Court Judge serving in the Circuit and Family Divisions of the 4^th Judicial Circuit in Clay County.

Judge Wilkinson was appointed to the bench in 2015 after 25 years in private practice and 3 years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from Emory University.  Prior to taking the bench, Judge Wilkinson worked in small and large law firms, practicing commercial, business, and real estate litigation.  On the bench, Judge Wilkinson has worked in divisions in Clay and Duval counties covering civil, family, probate, foreclosure, and domestic violence matters. He presently serves on the Executive Committee for the Florida Conference of Circuit Judges, the Supreme Court Jury Instruction Committee for Business and Contracts, and is an educator for judicial education programs.
