Criminal Court Rescheduling

Anyone with misdemeanor court scheduled for 1/9/24 with Judge Mobley is now rescheduled for 9:30am on Thursday, January 18th.  Anyone with felony court scheduled for 1/9/24 with Judge Whittington is now rescheduled for Wednesday, January 24th, at either 9:30am or at 1:30pm (same as original 1/9/24 times). Updated notices will be mailed to all defendants with impacted court dates. Please contact our Criminal Department to confirm your new court dates if needed.  Thank you.
