We have some great news to share with you! Thanks to our employees our organization has been recognized as a Top Workplace in our region for the third consecutive year.
2026 Top Workplace Awards
While it was Clerk/Comptroller Green’s honor earlier this week to personally accept the award on our office’s behalf at a large award event in Jacksonville, she feels it is our whole team that is deserving of this recognition. We want to share this accomplishment with our valued customers, fellow Clay County citizens, our government partners, and with the many community organizations with whom we serve daily.
Two major highlights…..
- Thanks to the very positive survey results (done anonymously) of our 100 employees, our office shot up seven spots in the 2026 Top Workplace rankings, garnering the Second Place ranking out of dozens of finalist organizations!
- In addition to this excellent overall office recognition, their responses also resulted in a pleasant surprise for Clerk/Comptroller Green and her management team as well – the Top Workplace Leadership Award – thank you!
“We are so appreciative of everything our team does to make our organization a great place to work, and one that provides Clay County citizens amazing customer service and meaningful programs,” Green said.

The Top Workplace employee survey and resulting awards process is facilitated by national data analytics company Energage and overseen by the Florida Times Union newspaper in our region.
