The Clay County Courthouse and all Clerk of Court and Comptroller’s Office locations will be closed on Wednesday, 1/22/25, due to the expected impact of the winter storm. Per Chief Judge Day, all 4th Circuit courthouses and related offices will be closed (Duval, Clay, Nassau). All court proceedings are cancelled on 1/22/25 and will be rescheduled, so continue to monitor this website and our Facebook page for updates. Closures also include Teen Court, Probation, as well as all marriage license and passport appointments. We expect to reopen on Thursday and will update this message with any updates/changes.
