1890 Historic Courthouse Railroad Depot

Through services provided by our Archives staff and with the help of our county and community partners, you can travel back in time. Visit the Archives, Museum/Railroad Depot, Old County Jail, TAPS Military Monument and 1890 Historic Courthouse to enjoy guided or self-guided tours, view century-old documents and artifacts, research your family tree and much more.

If you are interested in hosting an event at this site on the weekend or if you are with a  media/film industry office, please contact Kimberly Morgan, Director of Tourism, Parks & Recreation for the Clay County Board of County Commissioners.  She can be reached at 904-278-3734 or by email at Kimberly.Morgan@claycountygov.com.

Our Archives Specialist is available on most weekdays and by special appointment to assist you. Health and safety precautions apply.  Call (904) 371-0027 for details.  You may also email Archives Specialist Vishi Garig at archives@clayclerk.com or Public Information Officer Mary Justino at justinom@clayclerk.com any time to discuss your group’s tour/visit request.

In addition to hosting groups for scheduled tours or greeting visitors who just pop in, this location also hosts several exciting annual events at the Historic Triangle site.
